CRM is a green-field implementation based on Oracle’s Siebel CRM software. It
replaces the CRM functions of the existing Simba system. The CRM will be the
primary front-end Graphical User Interface for the TE Data solution architecture and
will provide customer acquisition and management functions to the TE Data
Customer Sales Offices (CSOs), Resellers and Distributors. It will operate in
conjunction with the Order management System to provide service fulfillment and
with to IRB to provide rating and billing services.
