intelligent that the sales pitch seemed to be
dim, followed by the intensity of the
competition in the market selling similar
products in the market
• Sales pitch has become secondary way of
selling products and services
Listen to the customers
• Impart a culture of listening to the audience in the
market about the product
The audience can be
 Existing customers
 Companies who have not bought
 Potential customers
 Dealers and suppliers
Offer solutions not products
Offer solutions in which one can pitch the
need of the product for the customer
without even mentioning the product. In
this method the product pitch is not made
to the customers until requested.
Customer Service
• One of the way in which one can build
brand loyalty is building a strong customer
service.
• Availability of the support service to the
customer when needed without hesitation
Beyond customer service
One of the important node that can really pull
customers to continue with your additional
relationship services.
There can be different types of ad- on services
• Festival greetings
• Annual follow up calls about the performance
• Social engagement on digital media
• Extension of services
Referral rewards
• Monetary / Non- monetary rewards to the
existing customers by referring products or
services to other potential audience. The
rewards can be the driving factor for
customer retention.
