FEATURES
STRUCTURE
Panels and frame are made from galvanized steel
protected with polyester powder painting to ensure total
resistance to atmospheric agents.
Direct expansion coils with condensate drain tray.
HERMETIC COMPRESSOR
Compressors used in the DAACPT series Packaged units
are hermetically sealed, high - efficiency, low noise, Scroll
type. Compressors conform to internationally recognized
standards like EN, CE & ENISO.
All compressors are refrigerant gas cooled. Each is
provided with a check valve to prevent the compressor
from running backward once the power has been switched
off. Ultimately, the discharge gas leaves the compressor at
the discharge connection.
All compressors are provided with the motor protection. All
compressor models are equipped with internal line break
protectors mounted on their windings. These protection are
to prevent against excessive current and temperature
caused by overloading, low refrigerant flow, phase lose and
incorrect motor rotation. The motor protector comprises a
control module and PTC sensors embedded in the motor
winding. The close contact between thermostats and
windings ensures a very low level thermal inertia. The
motor temperature is being constantly measured by a
thermostat loop. The compressors are selected for their
extremely high energy efficiency and heavy duty industrial/
commercial usage with economy of operation in addition to
high technology and low noise.
EVAPORATOR FAN & DRIVE
Forward curve centrifugal fans for air treatment section and
axial fans for condensation section.
Front, side and underside air discharge of the treatment
unit. High external pressure, long air supply distance.
CONDENSER FANS
Condenser fans are propeller type with aluminum alloy blades
and are directly driven by electric motors. Motors are internally
protected for overloads six-pole with Class F insulation and
minimum IP55 protection.
The Class F insulation features ensure long life and are unique
to Dekon. The condenser fans are individually statically and
dynamically balanced at the factory. Complete fan assembly is
mounted downward on the strong and acrylic coated fan guard
for the smaller units. For larger units fan, assembly is separate
and provided with suitable acrylic coated fan guard. Motors are
wired to the control panel to control the operation of these
motors along with the compressors.
ELECTRIC PANEL
Electric panel consists of breakers and contactors for
compressors and fan motors, phase sequence relay and other
necessary protection devices for the main components.
