INTRODUCTION:
 A rapidly growing segment of the internet is
e-commerce. The future of economic
competitiveness for most enterprises relies
on entrance and active participation in the e-
commerce market.
 Online selling activities has been very
experimental today, with not a sufficient
amount of data generated to provide
conclusive result.
LIST OF SOME CHALLENGES OR ISSUES
 Payment issues
 Security Issues
 Firewalling Maintenance
 Software updates
 Beware: our website may be hacked
 Get involved with the mobile commerce
CHALLENGES:
 Customers wont trust your website
 Defining sites privacy settings
 providing the best payment methods
SOLUTIONS:
 Displaying the trusted third party logo.
 Publishing products with the good graphical
interface
 Strong Encryption for payments and
customer data retention.
 Online seller identification, detecting fraud
sellers
SOLUTIONS:
 Taking advantage of social media
 Need to maintain multi channel shopping
platform
CONCLUSION:
 After careful observation, it has come to my
conclusion that e-commerce has undeniably
become an important part of our society. The
world wide web is and will have a large part
in our daily lives.
