6. SWOT ANALYSIS OF BEOHARI MARKET
STRENGTH-
• It is well connected by road,
• Old market is famous for various spice shops.
• It is situated at the center of the town which makes it accessible by all.
• It the only big market where availability of product is higher than anywhere
else in the region.
• Old market is also very old which makes its identity.
• There are various shops which are very famous around the beohari region like
deepvarsha saree centre, amar paper mart, fine fit collection , Krishna
vastralay.

7. WEAKNESS-
• Old market is very old which is its strength but its weakness is also due to
its strength as due to its age many of the buildings there require
reconstruction and the street is too narrow due to which many times it
faces traffic jams .
• There is a huge problem of traffic congestion in the old market.
• There is a lot of noise pollution at the market area . Mainly due to the
hawking of the vehicles.

8. Oppourtunity-
• There is a high opportunity to
develop it as a main market again
as the population of beohari is
increasing in very fast rate .
• There some old buildings in the
old market which shows the
history of beohari. therefore it
needs to be conserved
Threat-
• There is a huge threat to the old
buildings to get demolished .
• If the streets are not planned in
the future it might get more traffic
congestion in the future.
