Job Duties / Responsibilities:-
Responsibilities and Accountabilities for service contracts with major customers in Oil and gas, cement,
FMCG, fertilizer sector in Pakistan.
 Carry out routine and non-routine condition monitoring (Vibration Analysis, IR Thermography, and
ultrasound inspection services to plants using CSI 2130, CSI 2140, Flir Cameras, UE system, effectively
and safely.
 Collect vibration and operational parameters and upload into the Machinery Analyst database.
Review all exception reports in the database on monthly basis.
 Diagnosing faults through spectrum analysis and recommending actions for each problematic rotating
equipment. 
 To carry out troubleshooting and failure investigations. Coordinate with area asset teams and as
necessary performing corrective maintenance actions like dynamic field Balancing and laser
alignment. 
 Support asset teams in troubleshooting and implementation of improvement initiatives.
 Executes all work in conformance with the integrated plan in accordance with safety standards and
relevant maintenance procedures. 
 To develop condition monitoring setup at client’s sites. 
