Changing Role ofwomen in society over time?
Abstract:
The role of women in common life and in the social life
character changed in the previous few centuries. From the role of a
meal maker it has changed to the owner of meal creator companies
in many cases. Career or employments and urbanity environment
have deployed a heavy impact on her roles or jobs. Communal
changes have made the role or character different from past. In
today's environment, women doing a different jobs or roles from
business entrepreneurs to Administrator to Chief officers to law
makers. But still they face different communal pressures on the job
to be played by them. There are still some families which are not
support the doing jobs of women. These families or culture limited
their roles to only home making.
In the current situations these things is making hard for them to
select their education for future and jobs also. This report would try
and trace jobs doing by women as entrepreneurs communal release
to play a bigger role in this environment and society.
In short, in this modern time some women of specific culture face lot
of difficulties in different beliefs

The key roles of womenin the worldare following:
1. The Role of Women as Caretakers:
Women are doing caretaker of kids and
elders in each country of the world. The worldwide studies proves
that once the economy and political organization of the society
amendment girls take a load in serving to the family befits new
challenges and realities. They are possible to be the prime instigator
of out of door help, and play a vital role in facilitating the whole
family.
Village women plays a vital role in supporting their home and
families in obtaining the food, security generating income and
betterment the rural livelihood.
2. The Role of Women as Educators:
The part of women to a society’s transition
from pre-literate to literate likewise is undeniable. The basic
education is a way to a nation's skill to create and obtain
sustainability targets. Research has proved that education can better
agricultural creations, and increase the honor of women and
decrease the population growth rate and also increase the
environmental protection, and raise the quality of living.

3. The Role of Women in the Workforce:
Now, the part of women share of global
workforce is 45.5 percent women legal and illegal labor can change a
community from a independent society to participate in the national

4. The Role of Women as Global Volunteers:
Women are playing a global role in lot of
aspects now. These jobs were not available for women in the past.
In some countries women are sitting at the high commissioner’s seat
in another country. And they are doing a better role at some places.
This is the main difference between past and now the condition of
women.
Now a lady playing the role of Pakistani ambassador in USA. This is a
great achievement for women.
They are doing those jobs which were only for men few centuries
ago.

List of the main issues of the womenthat they are facing worldwide:
 Access to Education.
 Employment Opportunities.
 Reproductive Health & Rights.
 Maternal Health.
 Gender-based Violence.
 Child Marriage.
 Female Genital Mutilation.
 Harassment on job.
Women have played a different role in changing the society:
1. Women as Political and Economic Leaders:
Each child should be able to dream of
becoming the leader of his or her country. Boosting the
representation of women in decision making at all levels of
government raises the chances that girls will believe them, too, they
can do also. Compared to Western countries, the communist
countries of Europe and the Soviet Union were quick to grant women
legal rights and favor important attainments for them in
employment, education, health care, and childcare. However, the
socialist state also claimed control over the issue of gender equality.
Different countries played a key role to promote the women to the
next or higher level.
Share of the women in parliament of different countries with
percentage against men.
English—2
Project
In short, Ever since women became part of the assembly, they raise
voices for women rights and becoming successful. There is a big
difference by their efforts.
Figure 4: Percentage of share of parliament seats
The role of New Zealand:
New Zealand was the first country who gave the equal
rights to women in politics in 1893.
New Zealand was announced that the every women can cast her
vote, and they also can stand for any seat in the election.
This is show the importance of women in every aspects of life.
The first women Prime Minister in the world was of New Zealand.
Her name was Sirimavo Bandaranaike. She was democratically
elected 1960.

Jakinda Arderin.
she done a key role in her era and make her country is the developed
country.

Public attitudes towards women in politics:
Public opinion polls from the region reveal
that people are generally supportive of a greater role for women in
politics, although there is a clear gender difference in attitudes.
However, neither women, nor men show much support for
compulsory measures to raise participation by women in political
life. A public opinion poll carried out in Lithuania in 1994 found that
only 28 percent of women and 18 percent of men believed women
should participate more in politics. Yet, the majority of respondents
also did not feel that greater representation by women would lead to
deterioration in economic and political decision making. Indeed, they
English—2
Project
even felt it might result in improvement in some areas, such as
health care. The major obstacle to women’s greater participation in
politics was seen to be their family commitments.
The situation of the women in changing role:
Some of effects in agricultural practices
were noted in the case study on Sarawak, and further effects could
be expected from experiences elsewhere. At the stage of subsistence
Farming it is usual for men and women to gain experience together
in the traditional methods. As “cash cropping” is introduced the men
to often “built it” education from extension services and during the
interim period while crops mature and before there is any return on
outlay of labor, and women have more responsibilities to keeping
subsistence farming to going provide food for the family. “Cash
cropping” is frequently followed by re-settlement schemes for the
more enterprising farming, or by plantations to ensure economic use
of land.
Situationof womenin Pakistannow:
Ladies are the essential part the community.
Exceptional changes have taken place all over the world in recent
few years, the condition and fate of the women has not changed
much. In Pakistan this situation is very bad. A recently survey prove
English—2
Project
that our country is treat worse with women. More than 60 percent
women are subjected to domestic violence. We are also considered
in those countries where a handful, there is a negative gender ratio
of 100 women to 108 men.
Quaid-e-Azam saidin speech in 1944:
Quaid-e-Azam said beautiful words in the
supporting of the women before the independence. These are as it is
following:
“No nation can rise to the height of glory
unless your women are side by side with you; we are victims of evil
customs. It is a crime against humanity that our women are shut up
within the four walls of the houses as prisoners”.
Fatherly men "say no to education for women". Not only this, they
stopped the women from jobs and career opportunity. Despite all
this, women are achieving all the goals in Pakistan and worldwide.
Ladies have always played a character role in the growth of a nation.
Napoleonsaid about the womenrole:
“Give me good mothers and I will give you a
good nation”.
Women’s voices and their participation in all aspects of society are
more important than ever, as witnessed last year in the context of
English—2

the global economic crisis, political transitions in the Arab world and
elsewhere, and environmental disasters, United Nations officials
stressed today as they marked International Women’s Day.
Rural womenkey to boosting welfare of societies:
“The plight of the world’s rural women and girls mirrors that of
women and girls throughout society,” Mr. Ban told an event at UN
Headquarters to commemorate the Day, which is observed annually
on 8 March.
This year’s theme is “Empower Rural Women – End Hunger and
Poverty”.
The rural women started doing jobs in lot of aspects. Some women
and their family moved to city to get education and make her family
better. In lot of aspects you can see the women doing job. Villager
women think that the teaching is a safe job as compared to office.
And they are doing this job in villages and in cities also. She is doing
jobs of doctors also and lot of other jobs.
Urban womenkey to boosting welfare ofsocieties:
The urban women were already
playing many roles before the rural women. Now the urban women
taken a step to next level and they are playing a vital role in every

aspects of life and they prove that they are not lesser from men.
They were elected for the Member of Parliament, and become a
popular and model for everyone girl, by seeing this every girl thinks
that they can do this.
As a Business women:
Now women running the different type of businesses, by
doing any partnership or family business. They are doing a lot of
other homemade businesses.
As sports women:
USA TODAY Sports launched a new podcast series,
"Changing the Game," focused on how women have revolutionized
sports and the ripple effects it has had on society.
Brought to you by Artistry Studio exclusively from Amway, the new
series is hosted by USA TODAY's award-winning sports journalist
Nancy Armour who interviews icons, Olympians, and trailblazers in
eight interviews. Each one-on-one conversation focuses on the
female’s life and career, sharing interesting insights into how women
have fought to shape the world of sports, and what they feel still
needs to be done.
Women taking part all the games, some famous games are following:
1. Cricket.
2. Football.

3. Badminton.
4. Hockey.
And more than other games the women win lot of trophies and
prove their power, and earn a good name.

In Army and Police:
Now the women doing their duties in police and army.
There was a time when army jobs were given only to men, but this is
no longer the case. These are critical jobs but women doing this
better.

Rapid Assessment:Impact ofCOVID-19 on Women’s Civil Society
Organizations:
Women’s civil society organizations (CSOs) in Asia and the Pacific
play a critical role in understanding, promoting and meeting the
needs of women and girls on a variety of socioeconomic issues,
including violence against women (VAW), migration, trafficking,
heath and displacement.
UN Women found that almost three quarters (71%) of CSO
respondents said that COVID-19 was affecting them somewhat or
very negatively, and 12% have had to temporarily suspend activities
altogether (Graph 2). At a time when families and individuals are
experiencing high levels of economic and emotional pressure, the
associated stress and uncertainty is exacerbating existing levels of

violence against women and discrimination at a time when CSOs are
less able to respond.
“We have to minimize our staff presence and cannot mobilize our
teams for remote areas.”
Meet womenTaking Art From the Gallery to Cyberspace to the Moon:
At the many intersections of art,
science and technology, creativity, innovation and advocacy, a
network of collaborators and colleagues steered by the trio of Kate
Parsons, Richelle Gribble, and Janna Avner are thinking about the
future while building a new present. Across their personal careers in
art, technology, and scholarship as well as in crucial cross-platform
venues and projects, they and their network offer a unique,
unapologetically feminist perspective on the futuristic zeitgeist.
First, there’s Femmebit. A digital platform and triennial festival
celebrating female-identifying artists in L.A. working in video and
new media, Femmebit is focused on the ways women engaging with
developing technologies can “enable progressive ideas to be born
through active creation; and how we, as proponents of these fields,
must work together to shape, share, and grow a future receptive
open to progress.” This core of their mission has further deepened
and broadened into a time of active listening inspired by and in awe
of this moment’s struggles for a better society.

Among other activities, they are an attractive presence on Twitch, a
mostly free app developed for viewing live video games but
increasingly colonized by the art world and boasting thousands of
global channels, including Femmebit’s. “The Twitch channel allowsus
to open our doors to new local and international artists who would
like to exhibit in the U.S., especially those who otherwise temporarily
can’t exhibit IRL because of the pandemic,” says Kate Parsons, a
professor and curator who programs the channel.

After Decades Of Islamic Law, Sudan Examines Women's Role In
Society:
“In Sudan, women are at the forefront of popular
protests that toppled a longstanding autocrat. They are now
challenging Sudan's version of Sharia, or Islamic law”.

Summary:
At the end of this research work we can see that the
women playing a vital role in success of a community. The men and
the women are parts of one vehicle's foots. If we want to achieve
high goals we must be cooperate with men. A community starts
becoming doing success when women doing jobs and achieve the
rights.
If we see the agriculture, women playing a great role there, if we see
the business, women also running it better earn great achievement,
and in all aspects of every department women are playing the vital
role and proved herself that they are not lesser from men.
In short, women are plays a grateful role in the life of herself and
family. They played a vital role in changing the society and thinking
of our elders. They played an excellent role in changing the society
over time, also playing their role till now. Women have equal share
of rights in development of any country. We cannot ignore the force
of women.

  • 4. English—2 Project Changing Role ofwomen in society over time? Abstract: The role of women in common life and in the social life character changed in the previous few centuries. From the role of a meal maker it has changed to the owner of meal creator companies in many cases. Career or employments and urbanity environment have deployed a heavy impact on her roles or jobs. This report would try and trace jobs doing by women as entrepreneurs communal release to play a bigger role in this environment and society. In short, in this modern time some women of specific culture face lot of difficulties in different beliefs

English—2 Project List of the main issues of the womenthat they are facing worldwide:  Access to Education.  Employment Opportunities.  Reproductive Health & Rights.  Maternal Health.  Gender-based Violence.  Child Marriage.  Female Genital Mutilation.  Harassment on job. Women have played a different role in changing the society: 1. Women as Political and Economic Leaders: Each child should be able to dream of becoming the leader of his or her country. Boosting the representation of women in decision making at all levels of government raises the chances that girls will believe them, too, they can do also. Compared to Western countries, the communist countries of Europe and the Soviet Union were quick to grant women legal rights and favor important attainments for them in employment, education, health care, and childcare. However, the socialist state also claimed control over the issue of gender equality. Different countries played a key role to promote the women to the next or higher level. Share of the women in parliament of different countries with percentage against men.

However, neither women, nor men show much support for compulsory measures to raise participation by women in political life. A public opinion poll carried out in Lithuania in 1994 found that only 28 percent of women and 18 percent of men believed women should participate more in politics. Yet, the majority of respondents also did not feel that greater representation by women would lead to deterioration in economic and political decision making. Indeed, they

The major obstacle to women’s greater participation in politics was seen to be their family commitments. The situation of the women in changing role: Some of effects in agricultural practices were noted in the case study on Sarawak, and further effects could be expected from experiences elsewhere. At the stage of subsistence Farming it is usual for men and women to gain experience together in the traditional methods. As “cash cropping” is introduced the men to often “built it” education from extension services and during the interim period while crops mature and before there is any return on outlay of labor, and women have more responsibilities to keeping subsistence farming to going provide food for the family. “Cash cropping” is frequently followed by re-settlement schemes for the more enterprising farming, or by plantations to ensure economic use of land. Situationof womenin Pakistannow: Ladies are the essential part the community. Exceptional changes have taken place all over the world in recent few years, the condition and fate of the women has not changed much. In Pakistan this situation is very bad. A recently survey prove

These are as it is following: “No nation can rise to the height of glory unless your women are side by side with you; we are victims of evil customs. It is a crime against humanity that our women are shut up within the four walls of the houses as prisoners”. Fatherly men "say no to education for women". Not only this, they stopped the women from jobs and career opportunity. Despite all this, women are achieving all the goals in Pakistan and worldwide. Ladies have always played a character role in the growth of a nation. Napoleonsaid about the womenrole: “Give me good mothers and I will give you a good nation”.
