TERMS OF REFERENCE - Focus Groups
1. Arrange meetings with the respective Course Coordinators/ Lab Instructors to ensure the CQI of courses. Maintain the minutes of each meeting.
2. Before the start of each semester, approve Course Syllabi of the respective courses along with reviewing the CARs of previous semesters (suggested
actions / actions taken).
3. Review exam question papers and marked answer books (Midterm & Final Exams, Lab Assessments) of the respective courses on random basis.
4. Ensure that the respective Course Files and CLO-PLO Assessments are complete in all aspects before their submission to DQEC.
5. Suggest relevant agenda items to DQEC to seek necessary approvals from the respective bodies (BOS/BOF/AC).
6. Any other relevant task (as and when) assigned by the HOD.
