Technology Action Plan

2. Item Analysis reports will be reviewed with each staff member. Staff members will be able to develop an action plan derived from the results of their students benchmark test using the Item Analysis software. Grade levels will meet as a team with an administrator to determine which objectives need to be addressed and what lessons could be taught to increase student performance.
3. Monthly summaries from various programs, i. e. iStation, Accelerated Reader, Reasoning Minds, and Waterford. Teachers will be responsible for turning in monthly summaries of children who are in and who are at risk of being in Tier III of the Response to Intervention. These reports will be shared with administrators as well as parents, in order to strengthen communication and better service our students.
4. If we strive to meet these objectives our campus scores as a whole will defiantly improve. We must all work as a team and make sure that every child is performing at optimal level.
