PROFILE
As an experienced manager with a background of contracts, project
management, inspection and auditing, I am accustomed to meeting the
demands of an ever changing environment with a can do attitude. I currently

Maintenance / Facilities Manager
• Responsible for the maintenance of multiple military sites with a Portfolio
of over 750 buildings over four sites comprising of accommodation, office
and technical buildings.
• Responsible for ensuring delivery against a 6.1 million pound budget on
reactive maintenance, which includes Lifecycle.
• Cover all PPM management with over a 50 P-Tasks, amounting to 2500
jobs per month.
• Ensuring that contracts are in place and adhered to by contractors
ensuring value for money
• Managing projects across the contract encompassing technical and
mechanical aspects. Refurbishment of accommodation and office areas
in 2013, both with unrealistic time frames of three weeks whilst the
customer was on summer leave. With a total budget of £500,000 both
