THE SCIENCE OF IMPROVING LIVES
To Whom It May Concern
This letter is to recommend Civil Authorize Negotiate Organization (C.A. N organization), one of
the FHI 360 partner organizations, which is assisting the democratic reform process in Myanmar.
As I am a focal person for C.A.N organization, I have communicate a lot with the organization's
members especially their focal persons. C.A.N organization received Fixed Amount Award to
implement as one of the partners of Civil Society and Media Project funded by USAID since
September 2015. As far as I have known, C.A.I! organization always accomplish their reporting in
time. The report of their organization is fruitful and qualified. For the sake of financial
management, C.A.N organization has no risk for budgeting and conflict of Interest.
In addition, discrimination is suffered in educational institutions and employment as well
as among family and friends and in the community at large. With this grant project C.A.N
Myanmar Organization seeks to help advance the capacity of LGBTIQ activists and others
to advocate on behalf of LGBTIQs, improve government and public understanding,
lessen discrimination, and diminish the difficulties that LGBTIQ people face.
That's why, I do not feel hesitate to give recommendation to work together with c.A. N
