I am pleased to write this letter of recommendation for Mr. Ravi Shekhar. Mr. Shekhar began working for Capgemini India
Private Ltd. from April 2014 to June 2015, and I am absolutely confident that he is a motivated and responsible person with a
high degree of integrity. As such, I expect that he will be a very positive addition to any institute.
As a Senior Lead Consultant of Capgemini India Private Limited, I feel that I know Mr. Shekhar quite well. He worked smartly
and progressed steadily, revealing his passion and enthusiasm for his work. I was especially impressed by his leadership
roles. He had demonstrated a great interest and dedication in leadership roles and had taken many initiatives during his work
which led to save 150 man hours. He was an asset during deployment and completion of different modules. He worked
tirelessly during critical hours.
His talent was always evident in his performance. He displayed good logical thinking abilities and the ability to work well with
teams. He consistently completed his work on time and without errors. He developed many modules using his creative
approach that saved a cost of approximately $200K. He showed good communication skills. Part of his job was to interact
with clients during scrum call and addressing their needs and meeting their demands. He received many appreciations from
clients and from senior management for his work.
In sum, I found Mr. Shekhar to be an especially professional employee who stood among his peers for his enthusiasm and
eagerness to learn more.
