 Supporting Display customers (both internal and external) by monitoring our
ticketing systems (SFDC) and queues to identify issues raised by users of our
systems, globally.
 Responsible for supporting multiple platforms including, APT, Right Media (RMX),
Sales Force (SFDC), YAM & YAM Plus (Internal Ad Manager UI's).
 To Investigate, triage and resolve issues with the ads products and ultimately

issues resolved are centered around 3rd party discrepancies, ad serving, inventory
prediction, campaign management,site/page tagging, system outages and general
support. Troubleshooting works include running database queries, utilizing system

appropriate information is provided.
 Setting the right priority level for issues. Investigating set-up and configuration of
