2. Aim and Objective
Aim:-
The present research was designed to evaluate the antioxidant effects of herbal cream by producing
and analysing it. Some of the herbal substances utilized in the creation of the herbal cream for the
anti-oxidant action are aloe vera, turmeric, carrot, neem, and potato.
Objective:-
Herbal products, as well as a more natural way of living. People prefer natural foods, herbal
treatments, and natural healing practices for a healthy lifestyle. Vegetables cultivated utilizing
biological/organic agriculture methods rather than synthetic fertilizers and pesticides are gaining
popularity.
3. METHODOLOGY
Materials which is used for preparation
Preparation
Air dried Aloe vera, Turmeric, Carrot, Potato, and Neem were coarsely ground and placed in
Soxhlet separately, first with petroleum ether and then with Ethanol. After that, the extract
was concentrated to dryness under reduced pressure and temperature control before being
kept in a refrigerator.

5. Results and discussion
1. pH:-
The observed pH is 5.8, which is close to skin pH and so beneficial when applied to skin.
2. Viscosity:-
After testing, the optimal viscosity was determined to be very smooth.
3. Non- irritancy test:-
There was no redness or irritation as a result of the preparation. The condition was observed
for 24 hours and 28 minutes.
4. Washability:-
It shown easily washable with tap water or normal water.
5. Spredability:-
7.9 g.cm/cm
6. Discussion
First and foremost, the cream had appealing physical properties. It was classified as semisolid, which is
common for creams. The yellowish-green colour adds to its visual appeal and may correspond to consumer
desires for natural or herbal items. Furthermore, the distinctive odour suggests that the cream preserves its
natural aroma, which may be an appealing quality for people looking for more organic and pleasant skincare
solutions. The pH measurement is an important metric in the evaluation of skincare products.
