listing the needs, requirements, and method of approach of any project, which helps

different theory of motivation be achieved in agile?
One such theory includes Maslow’s pyramid of hierarchy. The agile mindset can be
closely related to such a theory as it addresses the pyramid's higher levels; this is
done through the agile team idea. Agile teams self-organize and self-manage; "they
internally decide who does what, when, and how" (Scrum Guide). This autonomy
fosters a sense of belonging.
Agile teams are also cross-functional. Designers, architects, business analysts,
developers, and testers are all common members of an agile team. In each sprint,
each team member is important to the creation of something worthwhile. As a
result, each team member may feel valued, knowing that their abilities, creativity,
and dynamism are important to completing the project.
