Established the Oakhurst Parents of Preschoolers group, a network of parents/families in the
neighborhood who support one another through playgroups and other social gatherings
Served as President of the Oakhurst Babysitting Co-Op 2009-10, a group of 25 families who share
babysitting responsibilities for one another’s children. In this role I was responsible for regular e-mail
and communication with the co-op members, managing the board, organizing and facilitating
meetings.

The Atlanta Community Food Bank (ACFB) fights hunger by engaging, educating and empowering our community.
The ACFB serves over 700 agencies and provides over 15 million pounds of food annually to the metro Atlanta area.
