10Eighty launched a FREE app 10Eighty Careers
Ladder which is downloadable from the iTunes
Store for iPhones and via Google Play for Android
phones.
A simple game designed to help you reflect on how well you’re
managing your current career by assessing your own strengths
and weaknesses in eight keys areas. It takes less than 10
minutes to complete. Play it again a few months later to check
how you’re doing.

3. Our CareerCENTRE diagnostic tools
Our CareerCENTRE is designed to help employees better
understand themselves so they can build their career plan. All
the research shows that people who have a career plan are
much more likely to achieve their goals. Organisations that
invest in career management have greater levels of employee
engagement and are more productive, more profitable and

overall company performance and at 10Eighty, coaching is at
the heart of what we do. All of our coaches are professionally
accredited and have an extensive range of expertise having
held senior management positions. We use a strengths-based
philosophy to increase career resilience and enhance

10Eighty will help build your mentoring capability.
We have developed a unique app designed as an
interactive game on Treasure Island to discover the gems
of mentoring. It will help mentors build their mentoring
skills and is downloadable FREE from the iTunes Store for
iPhones and via Google Play for Android phones.

As a strengths-based consultancy,
10Eighty has partnered with Strengthscope®, a world leading
strengths assessment system. Strengthscope® helps
individuals, teams and organisations build greater awareness of
their strengths and how these can be used to optimise
performance and engagement in the workplace.
