OIG'S SEAMLESS CLOSING GUARANTEE FORM-We all realize that a Purchase, more
than other types of Real Estate Transactions, has many details that are specific to
that one closing. This form is provided to collect the information needed to insure
your closing is treated as "one of a kind" and every detail is addressed.
We NEVER say NO to last minute closings!! We will stay as late as needed and DO
NOT require an advance notice in order for your loan to close the same day as we
are notified! Regular business hours are 9-6….NOT 9-5 AND........
WE DO NOT LOSE LOANS DUE TO MISCOMMUNICATION OR QUESTIONS THE
CLOSER IS UNABLE TO ANSWER AT THE TABLE. We are always there to cover if the
Loan Officer is unavailable while the closing is taking place!
SUBORDINATIONS – If a subordination is needed, simply contact our processing dept
and we handle the rest. Our team will work with the subordinating lender and we can
collect for the cost on the HUD if needed.
