Most of our fees are FLAT FEE which means you
have PREDICTABILITY in your costs and
ASSURANCE the task will get done.
For services that are NOT flat fee, the rates vary
from $500-$750/hour with a $5,000 minimum
retainer.

• When will I be billed if I am a premium client
(retainer services)?
• You will receive a bill every other week from our
Executive Admin. La’Toya Richardson from
lrichardson@kaag.co. If you do not receive,
check spam or junk then contact us.
• What services, costs and fees are NOT
included in one-time flat fee clients?
• Read your retainer agreement carefully but does
not include 3rd party fees and costs and ONLY
includes the specific task outlined in the retainer
agreement EXCEPT for extraordinary
circumstances or because of client misfeasance
or malfeasance
• How can I terminate my relationship with
the firm?
• Just send us an email to dkendrick@kaag.co.
That simple but MUST be in writing.
• When can I contact Attorney Kendrick?
• You can email her any time. Emails will be
responded to within twenty-four (24 hours).
• You can set up a time to talk with Attorney Kendrick
by emailing La’Toya Richardson at
lrichardson@kaag.co. *Retainer clients will be billed
2.0 times your hourly rate for time outside of normal
business hours and outside normal business hours
unavailable for flat fee clients.
• Are there options for payment plans?
• For document drafting and reviewing, yes. We will
get started with ½ down but you will not receive final
document until we are paid in full.
• For capital compliance services, all fees are due up
front due to regulatory restrictions.
• For retainer, on going client fees, the minimum
amount of $5k is required but you can replenish at
any amount.
• Can I speak with your past clients before
retaining you?
• There is a VERY LIMITED list of past and current
clients that are available at the end of this proposal.
Because of the attorney-client confidential
relationship, I am unable to provide anymore
information besides what is listed by permission.
