FACTS:
• The Notice of Lis Pendens was recorded on 10/31/2011 in
Official Records Book 17394, Page 2494 by the owners now
shown on the Certificate of Title.
• The Final Judgment of Foreclosure was recorded on 9/13/2012
in Official Records Book 17715, Page 1500 and the owner took
absolute title at the time the Certificate of Title was recorded.
• Code Enforcement Lien Recorded 7/24/2012
• Certificate of Title was recorded on 11/30/2012 in Official
Records Book 17803, Page 54.
CODE CASE: XXXX-XX Was brought into compliance on March
31, 2013 and have fines due in the amount of $159,218.65.
RESULT:
Subject County Code Enforcement will issue a release as
requested on the above referenced property under the following
conditions. We request payment of $1,000.00 for the release and
$10.00 to file the release of the lien.
