Thank you for this opportunity and for your time. And we are going to start with a note that what we are showcasing today is one of the most secure and easy to use cloud solution and hopefully by end of this presentation session you would agree.
A true cloud solution where you have nothing to install, you use any operating system and any browser to access a URL and start operations. Complete infrastructure in terms of servers, OS, Db, bandwidth is maintained by us and scaled based on usage and load, as a user you only need to login and work. We take care of support and have changed how client is serviced, now a user by virtue of being online can just click online chat button and immediately connect to a support assistand get his queries answered or log into tutorial section to see a video on a particualr operation.
Not only have we migrated our technology to web but also we have been keeping pace with technology trends and moving our applications in mobility and here are few that are mobile. Mobile touche that works on android devices and handles everything from KOT, repeat guests, preferences, modifiers, discounts, settlements, guest feedback, basically all aspects of service right on the tab.
Quickinn is another mobile app that allows mobile check-ins and sms services and works on multiple devices and platforms. Bay hotel is one such example which has completely done away with paper work and is completely on quikinn and quickpad for checkins and checkouts.
Or runner app is part of our guest services and task management module where each employee can carry this app on their mobile and get service alerts and can service and same time close calls
Purchase requisition approval system allows purchase manager or anyone from escalation hierarchy to use mobile device to look at requisitions and approve thus cutting down on time and reaching desktop everytime
