36. The modern process of Enterprise Management is based on information and Design Thinking
among the structure of process in an enterprise. The management follows Design Thinking
standards with data and information of the many process been managed by information based
systems such as software and visualization software, the data is an important asset and the
process is based on information flow.
The information flow might take the form of structured data or unstructured data, the data should
be visualized easily and if it is unstructured it should be managed and made into the form of
statistics, graphics and info graphics that would create an easy in data management and data
visualization.
The Data management of the enterprise evolves into Design Thinking, the Design Thinking is a
creative process where the needs and necessity is drafted to valuate ideas in a way to obtain a
design of outline will perform the creation, prototype and immersion in an imaginary of signs that
may solve the needs and necessities that the environment or the internal environment of the
company demands.
While executing overall information structures in enterprises business process design is the
pattern model in modernity and executing overall information structures is the model of
management to be explored, information structures and Design Thinking are the business process
design and to immerse in that environment is of fundamental feature to the adaptation to modern
times.
Business process are of Design Thinking approach and solution, the Design guides the commitment
and the labour, overall information structures in enterprise is the form that replace cash inflow of
past hierarchized and centered enterprises, the flow of information irrigates and generates
process and sustain the labour and the targeted activity of the enterprise, the flow of feed to the
labour process are made by information flow instead of cash flow.
Business is guided by information technology and managed by information technology, the
information process substitutes the cash flow of the company creating an information flow that
irrigates the organization, this means that the organization is irrigated and its many process fed by
information, instead of cash it is used information to sustain the many labour process of the
company.
