To appoint active Internal Audit team (at least 10 members with covered all
production and other service departments).

From our side
After reviewing existing system, we will develop IMS Manual, Procedures,
Annexures, Format and Work Instruction with off-line mode.
We will provide complete IMS Manual including define IMS Policy, objectives
and defined detailed role and responsibility up to Section Head level.
We will provide all detailed procedures with covered your all operations and
supporting services section according to IMS standard requirements.
We will also provide systematic formats and annexures with frame work to
textiles industries standards.
We will also provide work instruction and safety instruction related to all.
To develop/ amendment IMS “Quality, Environment, Health & Safety” Policy
and their Objectives with Company Vision & Values with off-line.

From our side
Provide IMS awareness and Auditor skill development online session for your -
Internal Auditors. We suggest, two hours per day session to 7-10 days period
and last day conducted their examination to check the effectiveness of our
awareness sessions.
Visit Plant to conduct Internal Audit to identify gap analysis according to IMS
standard requirements.
Review IMS documents with your team and necessary changes according to
requirements.
Support service to effective implement IMS system in your plant.
Support service to conduct first Internal audit by your trained Internal
Auditor team then conduct First Management Review Meeting “MRM”.

Support Service and coordinating with your appointed Certified Body “CB” to
conduct IMS Stage I audit.
