Skill Matrix, or skill inventory, is a record of past
performances of operators on various operations.
Typically the records are kept in form of efficiency
percentage.
For practical use, skill matrix needs to be kept updated
regularly.

Keep records of efficiency levels of all operators
and all operations.
Reduce time required in finding and selecting
operators for an operation.
Management of skill gap due to absenteeism or
attrition by finding suitable replacement.
