Currently working as CRM Business Analyst, Technical Analyst and Administrator on two
different projects owned by NY1Technology (Accounting firm CRM Implementation CRM 2013
(20 users), and (Astoria Foods chain (43 user) CRMImplementation CRM 2015).
Day to day responsibilities:
Working as Dynamics CRM Business Analyst, Technical Analyst, and System Administrator performing
approximately 70% CRM Business and Technical Analysis, 30%, Microsoft Dynamics 2015 CRM Administration
responsibilities. The current CRM I support is on premises. I have created a unique CRM Dialog workflow to
capture customer survey responses for the company. After meeting number of times with the Inside Sales business
group, I wrote detailed requirements document of the project. Broke down individual requirements into a
separate TFS items then added into TFS and assigned to different I.T. team members. Monitor CRM infrastructure
(SQL Server, Web Servers-IIS, Back End Severs). Manage Server side synchronization for more than 20 users.
Automated CRM workflows, developed SSRS Complex reports for the Marketing group. Developed CRM Views,
Reports, for business user and groups. Designed CRM Security (Business Units, Team and data security model).
Monitor CRM data input logs and performance logs. Responsible for setting up CRM user ID’s and configuring their
data access. Configuring CRM business units and teams. Monitor daily jobs, work with CRM developer s to manage
