This document outlines a plan to empower women through self-help groups (SHGs). The plan aims to develop women's economic status by making them entrepreneurs and increasing the number of SHG groups in villages. It identifies gender inequality as a problem caused by cultural, physical, economic, and political factors that devalue women. The objective is to make women financially stable and independent through skill building and entrepreneurship training activities. The plan will be considered successful if it helps disadvantaged women sustain their living independently and decreases their dependency on spouses by 2030.
