#7: SPONSORSHIP is critical.
 It cannot be delegated.
 Must be committed.
 Must be visible.
 Must be active.

Successful initiatives:
 Allow room for participation in the
planning stage.
 Leave choices within the overall decision
to change.
 Provide a clear picture of change.
 Share information about change plans to
the fullest extent
 Divide big changes into more manageable
steps.
 Minimize surprises and give advance
warning.
#8: Change is a PROCESS, NOT A
DESTINATION.
“The Gremlin” is a metaphor that
describes the ‘inner critic’, those
powerful and limiting voices that tell
you what you should do, will fail at,
shouldn’t even attempt and so on.
The Gremlin is an enemy to change,
and has a thousand different ways
to persuade you not to do anything
different, daring or bold.
DON’T LET THE GREMLINS
WIN!
