Here we have started from the history of street children then gradually we advanced forward through the socio-economic condition, their mental health , then we focused on how this is increasing day by day in the world . After discussing vividly about the problems of street children we gave our concentration on how we can solve the problem, well for solving this problem we talked about their rights , how we can help them and lastly ended with a real example of a boy boy who was a street children but just for a help from a novel man this guy has done well in the music sector.

5. DEFINITION
• Street children is a term used for both children who have no family and literally live on
streets and those who may have families but they make their money in streets.
• Any girl or boy who has not reached adulthood, for whom the street has become her or his
habitual abode or sources of livelihood, and who is inadequately protected, supervised or
directed by responsible adults. (Inter NGOs 1985)

• First mentioned by Lord Ashley ( a British politician) in 1848.
• Many English novelists had also featured street children as a humanitarian problem in their
novels.
