– Scheduled services and repairs of self-contained cases.
– We currently offer 365 day service, with after hour support.
– Country wide call outs and scheduled services handled by the call centre.

Why Espresso?
• Existing 3rd party system was not integrated
• Multiple data bases to manage
• Delay in getting invoices processed to customers
• Capturing errors
• Stock held by technicians manually controlled
• Additional monthly service fees
Espresso solution
• Log service request in Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) module –> Job card
created in Syspro
• Auto notification sent to technician
• Technician acknowledges receipt of notification
• On completion of the repair :
• Technician logs into Espresso and captures material used and labour
• Customer signs to accept job card
• Customer does an online survey attached to the job
• Once saved the following transactions take place automatically within Syspro:
• The signed job card is emailed to relevant departments
• Supplier (technician) invoice is created and emailed to supplier and creditors department
• Job is completed and sales order created
Call logged in SYSPRO RMA module
Espresso login
Only jobs assigned to logged on technician will display
Job acceptance
Job card – capture material and labour
Survey to be completed
Management reporting
On completion of the job capture
The following transactions are automatically created in SYSPRO
 Material and labour issued to job
 Sales order is created for the customer
 Supplier (technician) invoice created
 Signed job card emailed to Services Department
 Supplier invoice emailed to supplier and Services Department
 Customer invoiced timeously

Services – Call Centre based in Johannesburg. – Installed projects covered by warranty on workmanship and parts. – Repairs and scheduled services of interactive counter equipment (Hot cases, Chicken Rotisserie, Bakery Ovens) – Scheduled services and repairs of self-contained cases. – We currently offer 365 day service, with after hour support. – Country wide call outs and scheduled services handled by the call centre. – Automated job card system.

  • 8. Why Espresso? • Existing 3rd party system was not integrated • Multiple data bases to manage • Delay in getting invoices processed to customers • Capturing errors • Stock held by technicians manually controlled • Additional monthly service fees

Espresso solution • Log service request in Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) module –> Job card created in Syspro • Auto notification sent to technician • Technician acknowledges receipt of notification • On completion of the repair : • Technician logs into Espresso and captures material used and labour • Customer signs to accept job card • Customer does an online survey attached to the job • Once saved the following transactions take place automatically within Syspro: • The signed job card is emailed to relevant departments • Supplier (technician) invoice is created and emailed to supplier and creditors department • Job is completed and sales order created

On completion of the job capture The following transactions are automatically created in SYSPRO  Material and labour issued to job  Sales order is created for the customer  Supplier (technician) invoice created  Signed job card emailed to Services Department  Supplier invoice emailed to supplier and Services Department  Customer invoiced timeously
