• Developed a web-based UI to connect a Next-Generation Sequencing (NGS) big data database in HBase.
• Led a team of 3 and familiarized teammates on using Apache Thrift to interact with HBase in the backend.

• Created a web application for providing a solution for a Monthly Confidential Demi Official (MCDO) module
with PHP, AJAX, HTML, CSS, and MySQL database.

• Generated report for turnover made in a financial year and produced comparable reports with data from
other sectors of the Indian Railways.

ACADEMIC AND INDEPENDENT PROJECTS
Image Processing Application September 2019 - December 2019
• Implemented an Image Processing application, to select images, apply range of filters, and save them.
• Presented view in GUI. Technologies involved were Java and Swing. Design pattern followed MVC principles.
Social Media Application for Developers January 2021 -April 2021
• Developed a web application using MERN technology stack that allows developers to write, like, and unlike
posts, comments, view other developers’ profile and follow/ unfollow them.
• Used GitHub’s API to fetch public repositories of registered developers using their GitHub username.
