Machine Learning Engineer, Jacobs, Singapore, Machine Learning.
Built an ETL pipeline in noSQL (MongoDB) to fetch data, store in database, build and deploy models
using Hadoop and Docker.
Used Deep Neural Networks and time series forecasting to predict the parameters for auto-calibration of
plant data.
Used Data Mining to extract useful information from large amount of financial data in json and csv
files. Used Tableau to produce dashboards which gave product insights to our clients and allowed them
to have better sales and accuracy.
Built REST APIs to demonstrate the model’s performance to our clients.
Developed KNIME workshop to showcase my project’s achievements to the entire organization.

Software Research Engineer, Singapore Management University, Singapore, Machine Learning.
Built a reinforcement learning agent using deep Q-network algorithm to win Pacman game efficiently.
Used Generative Adversarial Networks to improve it further and showed that it performs better on a
wide range of domain. The training was done using Machine Learning stack on Amazon Web Services.
Researched on Monte Carlo Tree Search nets to improve reinforcement learning agent’s efficiency.
Built a user interface demonstrating optimised strategies for our client using Django.
Researched on multi-agent systems to provide guidance for matching resources to have supply at the
right locations at the right time to serve demand. One of the authors for demonstration at AAMAS
2019 with the title ’RE-ORG: An Online Repositioning Guidance Agent’.

Performed back-testing using quantconnect platform which was useful in figuring out stocks insights
for further trade analysis. Also, handled large stocks data using Hadoop efficiently and monitored the
performance of various strategies.
Built an end to end REST APIs connection for data transfer with one of our clients using vibe.d (dlang).
Also, implemented entity recommendation system using collaborative filtering technique which recom-
mends stocks of different organizations based on their history.

Predicting a Biological Response, Machine Learning and Kaggle.
Aimed at building as good a model as possible so that we can relate molecular information, to an actual
biological response. Used machine learning algorithms like pipeline, random forest classifier and logistic
regression to find out the biological response.
March 2014 Accelerometer Biometric Competition, Machine Learning and Kaggle.
Investigating the feasibility of using accelerometer data as a biometric for identifying users of mobile
devices. A file of test questions was provided. Used machine learning algorithms like random forest
classifier and logistic regression to find out whether the accelerometer data came from the proposed device.
August 2014 Backgammon AI, Artificial Intelligence.
Implemented a 2-ply expectimax algorithm to play Backgammon. Used various heuristics (Expectimax
Search Trees) to improve the efficiency. Used strategies like Holding Game and Blitz to increase the
chances of winning the game.
Jan 2015 Resume Summary, Cloud Computing.
Aimed at handling resumes present in a database such that one can filter out specific resumes based on
various search query inputs using Hadoop and web2py. The web2py app allows applicants to upload their
resumes and filter out resumes based on keywords and also to view filtered resumes.
April 2014 Single-user DBMS, Database Systems.
Built single-user DBMS that can execute certain simple SQL queries like select, create etc. Implemented
in C++. Used dynamic programming to efficiently join tables and expression trees for query optimization
