Main responsibilities include using Python to scrape, clean and integrate data sources, visualize data for presentation in academic journal
articles and running different Machine Learning models to find patterns in data.
• Scraped various online real estate transaction databases to track rental house price changes over time across large, multi-city area.
Executed Machine learning regressions to generate valuable insights from that data. Developed scalable code packages for various APIs
including the United States Census Bureau and Zillow and created a complete database for United States Census Data.
