Data Scientist Intern
• Developed a web-based UI to connect a Next-Generation Sequencing (NGS) big data database in HBase.
• Led a team of 3 and familiarized teammates on using Apache Thrift to interact with HBase in the backend.
• Built frontend with HTML, CSS, and Flask.
• Supported CRUD operations on different kinds of Copy Number Variations data stored in database and
could suggest remedies for read-count abnormalities from database.

Software Developer Intern
• Created a web application for providing a solution for a Monthly Confidential Demi Official (MCDO) module
with PHP, AJAX, HTML, CSS, and MySQL database.
• Allowed user to perform CRUD operations on financial data of eastern sector of Indian Railways.
• Generated report for turnover made in a financial year and produced comparable reports with data from
other sectors of the Indian Railways.
• Coordinated and worked with multiple teams developing other MCDO modules to integrate all the modules.

Online Book Store Application September 2019 - December 2019
• Built a full stack web application for supporting different kinds of users and their functionalities.
• Allowed search and buy books for buyer, selling and managing orders by seller, and admin roles.
• Designed frontend with EJS, JavaScript, Bootstrap, and CSS. Established backend connection with Node.js,

Image Processing Application September 2019 - December 2019
• Implemented an Image Processing application, to select images, apply range of filters, and save them.
• Presented view in GUI. Technologies involved were Java and Swing. Design pattern followed MVC principles.
Social Media Application for Developers January 2021 -April 2021
• Developed a web application using MERN technology stack that allows developers to write, like, and unlike
posts, comments, view other developers’ profile and follow/ unfollow them.
• Used GitHub’s API to fetch public repositories of registered developers using their GitHub username.
