 Reviewing and approving of WPS, PQR & WPQ; Witnessing PQR & Qualifying Welder.
 Dimensional Inspection of tank ages & Piping as per drawing, witnessing NDT activities and
Radiography interpretations.
 Piping inspection as per isometric and reviewing line history sheet, NDT as per line class.
 Line checking in accordance with the Isometric / P&ID and generating punch list and witnessing all
kind of pressure tests.
 Carry out vendor inspections at manufacturer’s works.
Responsibilities as Second & Third Party Inspection Agency:
 Internal Auditing, Verification of quality records and follow up of corrective actions, at projects
sites
 Statistical analysis of Non Conformities together with concerned functionaries of the project and
assisting them in finding appropriate solutions.
 Preparation of ITP and QAP as per code/Specification requirements.
 Preparation and Reviewing of WPS, PQR & WPQ; Witnessing PQR & Qualifying Welder.
 Review of radiographic films, PWHT reports, PMI reports, hardness test reports and line history
sheet and other NDE reports.
 Conduct stage wise inspection as per ITP and prepare the stage wise inspection reports to get
clearance from TPI & PMC.
 Piping Inspection according to isometric drawing & GAD; P&ID drawing study and checking.
 Conducting PILL Test of Pipe Coating.
 Witnessing Pneumatic tests, Vacuum tests and Hydro tests.
 Conducting, Witness & Review all types of Mechanical test.
 Example: - CHARPY, IZOD, BEND, ROCKWELL Hardness, Brinell hardness Test.
 Inspection of Surface Preparation & Painting (Micron).
 Execution of Piping & tank age works according specifications and drawings
 Handling and monitoring Erection of Mechanical equipment and piping works
 Incoming material inspection.
 Fabrication, erection & testing of all structural and piping work
 Responsible for preparation & implementation of Project Quality Plan
 Monitoring the QA/QC documentation of subcontractors and ensure that all activities are
incorporated to their system on daily basis and can be traced according to project requirement.
 Control all nonconformance reports regarding materials & stage Inspections and undertake
remedial action.
 Assure all technical documents relative to site quality control are current status.
