inspection, QA/QC Activities , Audits and NDT Test Method. Also I have experience in Site
Supervision Work for Piping Fabrication/Erection/Commissioning works, Structural Steel
Fabrication/Erection/Commissioning works, Storage Tank Fabrication & erection Work,
Painting jobs, Civil Construction jobs and Electrical Construction/equipment installation
jobs. In this period I was worked for various prestigious organizations like Bureau of Indian
Standards,PDIL, HPCL, IOCL, RINL etc. Familiar with the various National and
International cods/ Standards like IS, ASME, ASTM, ANSI,AWS, API, ISO etc. related with
the Materials, Fabrication/Construction and Product also familiar with NDT inspection

2. Worked as Technical Support (Freelancer) from 1st
January 2016 to till date. Provided
technical support to BIS (Bureau of Indian Standards) licensee firms regarding lab activities
and document preparation as per norms & requirement of Product certification scheme of
BIS. Provide training to QA/QC person regarding testing and prepare / maintain record as per
BIS standards.
Worked as Resident Engineer (Mechanical) of Projects and Development India Ltd.
(Mini Ratna –I Company) from 24 June 2014 to 31 December 2015. PDIL is a premier
design engineering and consultancy organization, committed towards technological
excellence and self-reliance in the growth of the fertilizer and allied chemical industries with
associated off site and utility facilities, Oil & Gas Sector viz. Product pipelines, LPG
Terminals, Oil terminals, LPG Bottling Plants, LPG mounded Storages, Methanol Plants,

Job Responsibilities:-
a) Stage wise and Pre- dispatch inspection for clients related to Infrastructure/ Oil &
Gas and Steel sectors at the manufacturers/ vendors/ contractors works for the
following.
Piping Items: - Pipes and Tubes, Pipe Fittings, Flanges.
Industrial Valves: - Sluice Gate, Globe, Check, Ball, Butterfly Valves.
Rotatory Equipment’s:- Pumps
Works: - High mast Tower installation works.
Stationary Equipment:- Pressure vessels , bullets
b) Site Supervision and QA/QC Activities for Project of HPCL at site for the
following.
• Site Supervision of Civil/Mechanical/Electrical works of contractors as per
approved QAP/ITP, approved Constructional drawings, Codes/standards and
PO.
• Site supervising the all Mechanical activities such as Product/Hydrant/Foam
(MS/SS )Pipe line fabrication/erection/ commissioning, Structural steel shed
fabrication/erection, Storage Tank fabrication & erection works, Installation of
ROSOV Valves /MOV Valves / PUMPS / Water Monitors etc.
• Site supervising the all Civil/Electrical activities such as construction of
buildings, cables / equipment’s installation etc.
• Planning and monitoring day to day execution of works to ensure that work
progressed as per project schedule.
• Review Contractor’s method statements, QC procedures, ITP/QAP, drawings,
WPS/PQR and Welder Qualification Record and assist with establishing
acceptable working practices for construction activities.
• Monitor delivery of permanent materials and ensure the quality of products /
consumables / materials comply with requirements of established Standards &
Specifications.
• Perform routine inspection, monitoring, auditing & assurance of Contractor’s
site activities (Fabrication and Welding, NDT, Coating and Painting, civil
/electrical works) in accordance with the specifications, codes /standards
(ASME, ASTM, API, IS, AWS, ANSI) approved QAP/ITP, approved
drawings and approved WPS/PQR.
3. • Interpreting and evaluating of NDT Results, witnessing field
Mechanical/Civil/Electrical tests.
• Ensure all pre-construction activities and qualification trials are witnessed and
approved as necessary. Ensure the Inspection & Test Plan of each activity is
fulfilled and “hold points” of the company are completed in due time.
• Review and comment upon Contractors daily inspection records for activities
covered. Raise non-compliance reports where applicable and ensure
satisfactorily closed out.
• Repair follow-up, Conforming pipeline works as per P&ID and also
conforming other Civil/Mechanical/Electrical works as per approved
drawings, Punch List preparation and follow up of final completion.
Worked as Sr. Assessor Of Conformity India International Pvt. Ltd. from 15 February
