Agile Delivery Framework
My company plans on building an e-Commerce website that would handle all business transactions ranging from marketing, selling, to consumer feedback considerations. With the advancement in technology, business models are shifting to online platforms for most of activities needed to run a business. Therefore, in my company, I would mainly focus on establishing a business that primarily has most of its functions done through the various online platforms at disposal. Building an e-commerce website is a process that through the Agile Delivery Framework should consider various aspects. In this respect, the various aspects to be put into consideration would include elements such as plug in and redirecting links to popular social media platforms so as to maximize the target market.
Building an e-Commerce Website
The process of building an e-commerce website would begin by first take into consideration about the target market. The Agile delivery framework is structured such that tasks are done in a collaborative manner but instead of delivering complete final project, it allows for building incrementally. Thus, for the building of the e-Commerce website, it will entail tasking members of the project team to specific duties throughout the process of developing and implementing the website (Lee, 2016). In the first instance, the process will entail meeting with all project team members to brainstorm on the ideas that will be the making of an efficient e-commerce website. This process will involve contribution from members based on their various points of views regarding the project and how the final product should be realized.
Product vision and Business Strategies
The company will be focused on achieving its product vision through the efforts of each project team member. The product vision would be to ensure that quality and timely delivery of products remain the priority of the company. To sure that quality of products and timely delivery of our products, the process of designing and selling our products will have a cycle that specific team members will be involved. In this regard, the strategic plan is that there will be establishment of departments that will include; procurement & accounting, marketing, information technology, delivery, customer service, and administration. Through the six departments, the company would focus on the acquiring of raw materials, designing of the products, marketing of the products, and delivering the products to the consumers. Each of the six departments has strategic plans that are all aimed at achieving common goals of the company.

Agile Delivery Framework
My company plans on building an e-Commerce website that

online platforms for most of activities needed to run a business.
Therefore, in my company, I would mainly focus on
establishing a business that primarily has most of its functions
done through the various online platforms at disposal. Building
an e-commerce website is a process that through the Agile
Delivery Framework should consider various aspects. In this
respect, the various aspects to be put into consideration would
2. include elements such as plug in and redirecting links to
popular social media platforms so as to maximize the target
market.
Building an e-Commerce Website
The process of building an e-commerce website would begin by
first take into consideration about the target market. The Agile
delivery framework is structured such that tasks are done in a
collaborative manner but instead of delivering complete final
project, it allows for building incrementally. Thus, for the
building of the e-Commerce website, it will entail tasking
members of the project team to specific duties throughout the
process of developing and implementing the website (Lee,

all project team members to brainstorm on the ideas that will be
the making of an efficient e-commerce website. This process
will involve contribution from members based on their various
points of views regarding the project and how the final product
should be realized.
Product vision and Business Strategies
The company will be focused on achieving its product vision
through the efforts of each project team member. The product
vision would be to ensure that quality and timely delivery of
products remain the priority of the company. To sure that
quality of products and timely delivery of our products, the
process of designing and selling our products will have a cycle
that specific team members will be involved. In this regard, the
strategic plan is that there will be establishment of departments
that will include; procurement & accounting, marketing,
information technology, delivery, customer service, and
administration. Through the six departments, the company
would focus on the acquiring of raw materials, designing of the
products, marketing of the products, and delivering the products
to the consumers. Each of the six departments has strategic
plans that are all aimed at achieving common goals of the
company.
Main Roles of Agile project team
3. The roles of the Agile project team will be well defined in each
department of the company. In this regard, the procurement
&accounting department will handle the procurement process of
all materials needed for the operation of the company. The head
of department will be in charge as a team leader with other
people assigned to the department working with him as part of
the project team. The head of procurement & accounting
department has the key responsibility of authorizing all
payments made to the company, as well as by the company.
Also, the staff at that department will be working under the
supervision of the manager to ensure that they work towards
achieving similar goals as a department (Bauknecht et al.,
2006). The information technology department is the most
important in this project. The product manager will be the head
of the information technology department. To ensure success of
the project, the product manager should be an individual from
the IT-field as the department shall spearhead the others in
realizing the objectives of the company in the project. The role
of the product manager will be to coordinate the six
departments, and equally lead the IT department in establishing
strategies that the project would embrace to enhance realization
of a common goal.
Marketing manager will be the head of the marketing
department and is equally important in this project. In this
regard, the marketing manager will be responsible for all
marketing strategies that the company would utilize to ensure
that the products find easy way to the market. The product
delivery department will mainly focus on how products are
delivered to the consumer in the market. It is this department
that shall ensure that all products are transported and delivered
to the retail shops and supermarkets as sought by the marketing
department team. Therefore, the product delivery department
will work closely with the marketing departments, as well as the
procurement & accounting department. Lastly, the customer
service department is another important unit in the company
that will work in collaboration with the other departments to
4. enhance the overall goal of the project (Abrahamsson, 2005).
The manager of the customer service department will be
mandated to leading his team to ensure that customer needs and
complains are addressed in a timely manner.
How iteration works in the project
The iteration works in this project entails a timebox, which
showcases the progress within the framework in which the
project will be implemented. In this regard, the project will take
3 weeks to be fully implemented. Thus, the first week of the
project will entail planning for the various tasks that will be
needed for the success of the project. For instance, in the first
few days, the project manager will be focused on coming with
the development of departmental structures that are mainly
aimed at steering the realization of an e-commerce website that
works as the main platform for company’s transactions and
business. The second week will entail the creation of the
website and the incorporation of the various functions from the
six departments of the company to ensure realization of the
projects goals. The third week will mainly involve testing of the
various components of the website, as well as the functionality
of each department towards achieving the goals of the project.
Stories in Agile delivery framework
Lastly, the project will utilize user stories throughout the
project in its agile framework. It is important to acknowledge a
story can be described as the smallest work unit in an agile
framework (Krebs, 2009). In this regard, it is a software
requirement, which is usually expressed in just short sentences
and relies on non-technical language. In this project, the project
manager will ensure that in the website has user stories that has
few sentences there are in simple language outlining the desired
outcome of the program. The project manager will sketch out
the user stories and then the project team will collectively
decide the more detailed requirements.
