Programme for the SIGMA “Workshop for the Public Procurement Office and Republic Commission for the Protection of Bidders’ Rights in Public Procurement Procedures” being held in Belgrade on 7 July 2014. The objective of this workshop is to: • Highlight and explain the definition of a Contracting Authority and Contracting Entity with special attention to interpretation of general interest in the definition of ‘body governed by public law’ and exemptions under the Public Sector and Utilities Directives; • Discuss the practical impact of relevant provisions of the Directives to Serbian Public Procurement legislation and practice.
