1- Time Mangement
 Time management is the process of organizing and planning how to divide
our time between specific activities.
 Time management skills is the ability to use our time in a manner by
which we achieve our goals.
 Time management enables work smarter – not harder.

Result on daily basis-
 ERP Inventory (9.30 am -10.30 am)
 Creation of Shipment for Dispatch (11.00 am- 11.30 pm)
 Review & Release of Batch (4.00 pm – 5.00 pm)
 As Per Given Internal Work Assignment(3.00 pm – 4.00 pm)
 Balance time use in other work.
 Calendar of task activity every month for better performer.
 I assign time limits on my task list.

2- ATTITUDES
Positive attitudes enhances personal productivity and discipline.
Attitudes toward should be positive response which are below-
 Attitudes toward planning and goal setting.
 Attitudes toward other people.
 Attitudes toward External circumstances.
 Attitudes toward practices and procedures
 Attitudes toward yourself.
Example (Attitudes)-
Before- I used to get emotional early (Attitudes toward yourself).
Applied- improve yourself (Positive Attitude)
Result-
Feeling Better from Past in my attitudes (Confidence Increased).

ACHIEVMENT
1- HAVING A POSITIVE SELF IMAGE
Creating and growing a positive self-image is a process that can go on over a
lifetime.
Personal productivity boost our personality and image.
Behavior patterns can be altered(Changed) by these tactics-
 By changing the attitude that prompt(indicate) them,
 By deliberately(knowingly)practicing new behaviors until they become
habits,
 By associating with other successful people,
 By reading or listening to self improvement material
Example-
Before- Earlier my Confidence was poor.
Applied- I started daily 1 hour learn to improve confidence.
Result-
 Creation of Batch advice sheet(BAS).
 Work on APQR(Annual Product Quality Review)

2- GOAL PLANNING SYSTEM
 Goal planning system express our desire to achieve ,to improve
our life, and to be more effective, more productive, and more
successful.
 Goal planning setting is the most powerful action to improve
personal productivity.
 Having a goal is good, but having a “SMART” goal is even
better.

 Help measure progress
 Produce motivation
 Reduce conflict(struggle)
Affirmation and Visualization-
Affirmation(self- motivation, self -commands, auto-suggestion, or self –
talk) and Visualization(attention on our goals, increases desire, relieves
stress) to help my dreams into reality.

Successful people increase their performance through managing their
priorities.
1- SETTING PRIORITIES FOR EACH DAY
Setting priorities Using a list to identify by-
Imperative task - highest priority goals (Based on HPA)
Imperative task is important but not urgent (P2).
Important task - Immediate attention, more urgent.
Imperative and important list help concentrate and stay on track to
reaching our goals.

time effectively and, ultimately, can be a barrier to our success.
