2. New Main Logo
The new logo makes great use of typography and colours to
appear modern and fresh.
the The prominent use of writing and solid colour keeps things
student's professional and sets the tone, evoking slights thoughts of a
council government body or bank.
The lowercase writing keeps things from becoming stale, and
maintains a youthful appearance.
This logo shall replace the previous on all official Student's
Council documentation from September 2012

theme can easily be altered to fit special occasions etc.

4. Instructions on font use
If you are creating posters, letters or anything else for the council, you should try to stick to our
official font for 2012 which is GILL SANS. If you cannot access Gill Sans, an alternate simple font
such as Helvetica or Century Gothc should be used. Specific instructions follow.

professional organisation, not a primary school project.
