Your organization has advertised a job opening for which my experience directly qualifies me. I have general
manager, operations, merchandising supervisor, service advisor, and lead experience as well as a Bachelor’s Degree
in Management and 3 Associates degrees in Mathematics, Computer Information Systems, and Liberal Arts. The
positions endure extreme regulatory pressure for emotional and environmental impact in a company. I have been
exposed to this kind of regulatory environment through most of my work history and recognize how vital it is for a
company to have good management and maintain positive, safe, and effective work relationship with a team of
employees.
Some small examples of my experience includes coordinating daily operations including daily morning staff
meetings, addressed and resolved customer complaints and sales. Moreover, I have dealt with difficult customers
with a calm and fair approach, using both diplomacy and empathy when required.
My experience gives me a unique ability to apply technology, in all its forms, to business processes. Some of the
business process knowledge includes accounting, report writting, finance, facilities, inventory control, budgeting,
vendor management, and various operational processes.
