Evaluation:
The response I received for the social media platforms I created for Box Clever Events was
spectacular. Chris Goodall had feedback for my choice of logos which lead me to choose the
final logo based upon his opinion:
Chris Goodall also showed appreciation for my
photography skills by posting the image I took
onto his Instagram page which help my campaign
because when more of their followers recognized
my work on the Instagram page I made I gained
more followers.
I also received feedback on my website page,
Instagram page and my promotional video. The
feedback I received was helpful and it allowed me to
evaluate how successful the campaign was.
Based upon the feedback I received it allowed me to see that the campaign was effective
based upon the feedback I have received from my client and the followers/viewers of my
social media platforms. I released the Instagram page on the 7th of march because that can
show the progress from the beginning and end of the event and it will also show the journey
of the contestants which will interest the audience as the weeks go on and excite them. The
Instagram page currently has 57 followers. Personally I think if I was to create another
campaign using an Instagram page I would release the page earlier than the other products
to allow the audience to familiarize themselves with the brand more and become more
connected, I also think I would create live streams and post more frequently to allow the
brand and the audience to gain a strong relationship because this would guarantee more
viewers of the other social media platforms.
Secondly I released the website because it allows the audience to have more information
about what's going on and how exciting taking part in the events can be which will hopefully
engage the audience more and hype them up for the upcoming event. If I was to create the
website again I think I would incorporate a colour scheme so the website is recognizable to
the brand (Box Clever Events), however I think the overall design of the website was
phenomenal and looked very eye catching and interesting which is what I wanted to make
sure I would attract the audience’s attention.
Thirdly I released the promotional video because it to will show how exciting and how
amazing the atmosphere is during the events which will persuade the audience to come see
the event or even take part in the next one. The amount of views I have received on my
promotional video to this date (15th of May) is 44 views, 2 likes and one comment which
says “Yo boi this is beast”. If I was to create the promotional video again I would try and
make its duration shorter because I think if it is shorter and snappier it will appeal more to
the audience which would lead to an increase in followers.
Overall this campaign was successful because my clients club and social media pages have
increased by 2.1k views and has reached a 110% increase in page likes since I have created
my social media platforms and released them leading up to their next event. If I was to do
this campaign again I would check my products more with my client as I am working with
them to ensure my client fully agrees with what information is displayed and what they
contain. Creating my own logo for the brand I think was a significant idea because they need
a logo that is simple but recognizable and I believe I have delivered that. On my Instagram
page I also promoted my website and promotional video just to promote my clients club as
much as possible to ensure I reach the biggest audience possible.
More feedback I received from my client shows that I could have improved my Instagram
page by uploading more images and including the audience more. Also with my promotional
video I could have made it shorter (short and snappy) to engage the audience more
efficiently. If I was to do this again I would learn how to create links to page to page on my
website and also create a shorter promotional video.

Evaluation

  • 1. Evaluation: The response I received for the social media platforms I created for Box Clever Events was spectacular. Chris Goodall had feedback for my choice of logos which lead me to choose the final logo based upon his opinion: Chris Goodall also showed appreciation for my photography skills by posting the image I took onto his Instagram page which help my campaign because when more of their followers recognized my work on the Instagram page I made I gained more followers. I also received feedback on my website page, Instagram page and my promotional video. The feedback I received was helpful and it allowed me to evaluate how successful the campaign was.

Based upon the feedback I received it allowed me to see that the campaign was effective based upon the feedback I have received from my client and the followers/viewers of my social media platforms. I released the Instagram page on the 7th of march because that can show the progress from the beginning and end of the event and it will also show the journey of the contestants which will interest the audience as the weeks go on and excite them. The Instagram page currently has 57 followers. Personally I think if I was to create another campaign using an Instagram page I would release the page earlier than the other products to allow the audience to familiarize themselves with the brand more and become more connected, I also think I would create live streams and post more frequently to allow the brand and the audience to gain a strong relationship because this would guarantee more viewers of the other social media platforms. Secondly I released the website because it allows the audience to have more information about what's going on and how exciting taking part in the events can be which will hopefully engage the audience more and hype them up for the upcoming event. If I was to create the website again I think I would incorporate a colour scheme so the website is recognizable to the brand (Box Clever Events), however I think the overall design of the website was phenomenal and looked very eye catching and interesting which is what I wanted to make sure I would attract the audience’s attention. Thirdly I released the promotional video because it to will show how exciting and how amazing the atmosphere is during the events which will persuade the audience to come see the event or even take part in the next one. The amount of views I have received on my promotional video to this date (15th of May) is 44 views, 2 likes and one comment which says “Yo boi this is beast”. If I was to create the promotional video again I would try and make its duration shorter because I think if it is shorter and snappier it will appeal more to the audience which would lead to an increase in followers. Overall this campaign was successful because my clients club and social media pages have increased by 2.1k views and has reached a 110% increase in page likes since I have created my social media platforms and released them leading up to their next event. If I was to do this campaign again I would check my products more with my client as I am working with them to ensure my client fully agrees with what information is displayed and what they contain. Creating my own logo for the brand I think was a significant idea because they need a logo that is simple but recognizable and I believe I have delivered that. On my Instagram
  • 3. page I also promoted my website and promotional video just to promote my clients club as much as possible to ensure I reach the biggest audience possible. More feedback I received from my client shows that I could have improved my Instagram page by uploading more images and including the audience more. Also with my promotional video I could have made it shorter (short and snappy) to engage the audience more efficiently. If I was to do this again I would learn how to create links to page to page on my website and also create a shorter promotional video.
