[15:54] Christine (she/they): Talk Therapy helps me as well as getting outside and going for walks with my dog.

[15:55] Zoe: grounding exercises are crucial to my day to day survival - noticing yourself existing is so healing

[15:56] Zoe: just got on meds and finally am able to sleep so im defo appreciative LOL!

quite hard) -- i recently read this book called "cultish" that really has helped me on this journey!
