for people

[15:54] Amanda (they/them): Talking to trusted and non judgemental people in my life
[15:54] Amanda (they/them): Sleep!
[15:54] Christine (she/they): Talk Therapy helps me as well as getting outside and going for walks with my dog.
[15:54] Lhea: Self care
[15:55] Zoe: grounding exercises are crucial to my day to day survival - noticing yourself existing is so healing
[15:56] Zoe: so REAL
[15:56] Zoe: just got on meds and finally am able to sleep so im defo appreciative LOL!

[16:18] Zoe: nurturing empathy definitely is a way i want to support myself and others (im a scorpio moon so i find this
quite hard) -- i recently read this book called "cultish" that really has helped me on this journey!
[16:19] Marlene Padron: calling out stigmatizing language - when i have the capacity

[16:20] Zoe: so REAL ya'll HAHA
[16:20] Zoe: boundaries are so important!
[16:20] Marlene Padron: talking about the ways that i engage in wellness. whether thats saying 'oh yeah i have therapy
later"
[16:20] Marlene Padron: to normalize it
[16:20] Amanda (they/them): ^^^ absolutely boundaries
[16:21] Zoe: ^^^marlene YES
[16:21] Marlene Padron: so many of my friends have asked questions about it! and then theyve shared they have started
therapy later on down the road
[16:21] Amanda (they/them): ^ that is awesome
[16:21] Amanda (they/them): What a way to lead by example. As we take care of ourselves and lead to community care.
