Responsible for the effective implementation of warehouse management guidelines, inventory
management, and delivery operations.
 In 2010, led the conversion of the existing mode of shipment of products from loose
cargo mode to Roll-On-Roll-Off mode, reducing expenses related to shipment from
Php50,000 to Php 29,000 per shipment. This translated to cost savings for the plant of
Php 1.6 Million for the year.
 During the first time implementation of Coke One system in the Visayas Region, initiated
collaboration, coordination, and communication with Sales and Production Departments

to address problems in sales order generation, underutilization of hauling units, and
production scheduling to sales ordering. As a result, Tagbilaran was the only plant in
Visayas to have delivered the sales volume requirement based on both budget plan and
internal target in October 2010.
 Performed cost reduction initiatives in 2010 such as restructuring of employee overtime
schedules and minimizing double handling of products and empties through properly
planned production scheduling, thereby reducing cost per case from Php18.00 per case to
Php12.69 per case.
 In 2009, facilitated the promotion of two key logistics personnel who were on
developmental assignment for more than one year by conducting 3-month performance
assessment with satisfactory results, coordinated with Human Resource Department for
confirmation of their new positions.

Responsible for the quality of the products and the conformance of the plant to quality standards.
 Achieved highest quality rating (Beverage Product Quality Index – 96.69%) among all
CCBPI and CBC Plants for the year 2006.
