• Analyzed the impact of change orders on the schedule, budget and scope of the project while coordinating with
the Design Team for a prompt closure of Request for Information (RFIs).
• Developed a system for Design Coordination with Nadhi Technologies which improved the Turnaround time (TAT)

• Analyzed the labor productivity (avg. 700 labor) daily using Microsoft Excel and progress of 8 Towers of the $121
million housing project.
• Developed a model to track the cashflow for the project to help track the impact of delay on the schedule and

• Implemented a cost optimizing solution for innovative sleeve filling arrangement and won GOLD (1st

Model-based Cost Estimation and 4D Modelling – Performed the model-based cost estimation for a portion of the
EERC at UT Austin using RS Means and Assemble Systems, and developed a 4D Schedule using Synchro Pro.
Cost Estimation and Scheduling – Prepared a level 3 cost estimate and level 3 schedule for the UT El Paso Student
Recreation Center as part of the Project Controls course at UT Austin.
