• Project Scheduling & monitoring through Primavera 6.0 and preparation of MIS reports.
• Planning (Labor, Material, P&M) of 157.4 km Stretch with 265 Structures including 15 Major structures
(Major bridges, Railway flyover & Road over bridges) and 106 LCum of Formation (Earthwork &
Blanketing).
• Handling client, attending meeting with client, client correspondence thru letter respecting the
contracts, reviewing progress, discussing contractual terms and legal issues, discussing with client about
critical area of project & logistics , operational criticality of project and conclude all those issues by
mutual discussions with client. Financial follow up.
• Implementation of company’s internal control system for MPCS & supply chain management.
• Management Information Systems (MIS Reports DPR, MPR etc.).
• Design Co-ordination between Execution and Design Team.
• Projection of month wise Material/Resource requirement.
