Are we, Rotarians, fair enough while presenting RYE Programme to youngsters ?
Is it possible to state that we are reaching all layers of the society ?
Do we give equal chances to all youngsters to participate RYE or do we only
consider the applications that we find in front of us ?
Do the youngsters living in the “other side of the city” know RYE ?
Have we reached their community ?
Do we have an action plan for the ones who donot have the financial means to
participate ?
How can we arrange to have participants from different casts ? “

Multidistrict The Netherlands
Given the historical bonds between South Africa and our country, whe really want to
make it possible for a student form that country to come to NL.
But financial situation of south African families is often not sufficient to pay for visa,
insurance and travelcosts
So our Multidistict decided to fully finance all these costs for 1 student from them to
come to NL.
Their student arrived in january 2019 and is actually enjoying his exchange in the
Netherlands.

•Thoughts from CSRYE…
• One way exchange from emerging countries
•Don’t forget your own Country!
• Many families in the USA cannot afford
• Financial Requirement excludes all kinds.
• Use Scholarships from Club, District, and CSRYE.

Don’t Forget
Physically Challenged Students
Many Families that have physically
challenged students are willing to be host
families. They have the experience
needed for proper care.
And…
Concerns about the expanding number of
countries excluding students taking
drugs for ADHD and other medication.
Mental Illness is controllable and we
should not be excluding students for a
disability they are born with!
