Say “NO” is part of success
n the last few years since 2008 I have been very
grateful for the very simpel reason to own the capability and courage to say “NO” and resign my
job in the organization I was working with. A situation
perfectly timed, with the explotion of the crises that I
had predicted for them at that time without been taken
seriously. Not many people agreed with my strong determination. Since in my environment was to say “NO”
categorized as completely irrational being. Nevertheless it was only the start entering my wonderfull journey, challenge myself and improve my own skills and
capabilities. Success is often in many cultures built on
a reflexive habit of saying “YES” to opportunities and
don’t face the unpleasant reality. As if, there’re hungry
for any chance to prove themselves, show competitiveness skills. Be seen and accepted in a society, as good
enough or part of the team. The art to say “No” and
“YES” is like any other skill in leadership — and has to
be equilibrated like a compass of navigation in the sea.
