opened $3.6 million Dining Hall renovation. Successfully opened and operated new stations that we
gained access to 7 days before opening the dining hall. Worked toward and was successful at making
Sodexo UTM dining a showcase Account that was used to highlight the Quality of Sodexo Construction
and Food Services to potential and existing clients. Traveled with Global Chef India to support other
Accounts so that The Global Chef program was successful at all stops. Travel to other units to assist with
high value events as support Chef, including the VIP dinner at Freed-Hardeman University.
