3. INGREDIENTS
• 1kilogram of mature tomatoes
• 1 garlic dove
• A pinch of salt
• 100 grams of bread from the previous day
• 20 ml of vinegar
• 135 ml of olive oil
• 2 boiled eggs
• 100 grams of ham
4. ELABORATION(1)
• Step 1. Pell the tomatoes or wash them
• Step 2. Chop the tomatoes two or three times each
• Step 3. Put the chopped tomatoes, garlic and salt in the blender. Then, crush
them 1 minute.
• Step 4. Add the bread and vinegar. Then, crush them for two or three
minutes.
• Step 5. Add the olive oil while it is crushing.
5. ELABORATION(2)
• Step 6. Then, chop the ham and the boiled eggs in small pieces.
• Step 7. Finally, this is optional, add the ham and boiled eggs in the salmorejo.
