Contributions/Performance Trend
• Rory had a good year in 2007
• Rory took over the operation of two facilities. Both a 6 series site and a 3 series site. Rex has an
excellent knowledge of both types of engines.
• Rory has not had a lost time accident since he came to work for GE Jenbacher.
• Rory helped me to review and revise the current Fire alarm systems and the calibration of those
systems. He also helped me with several other safety issues such as First aid kits, training and man
down systems.
• Rory continued to train with senior technicians and operators and drastically improved his knowledge
of the GE Jenbacher products. He reduced overtime by minimizing callouts and the time necessary
to solve problems.
• Rory is rated as highly valued on a steady trend.
Strengths

• Rory is very eager to learn, asks alot of questions and shares information with the team.
• Rory has a good knowledge of EHS
• GE has been working for GE longer than any of my employees and has an excellent knowledge of

4. Technician course in 2008.
• Rory needs to learn more about the Daniel's gas chromatograph equipment. Additional on the job
training will be conducted during 2008.
• Rory needs to continue to improve the housekeeping and cleanliness of his facilities
Career Interests
• In the short term Rory needs to continue to work as an operator and continue to learn more about the
GE Jenbacher product.
• In the long term Rory has real potential as a Safety or Quality manager.
